Name of the Post:
- Sub Inspector in Executive Wing: 482 Posts
- Sub Inspector in Armed Wing: 176 Posts
- Sub Inspector in Telecommunication Wing: 40 Posts
Age Limit:
18 to 28 YearsPay Scale:
₹ 9300 - 34800 + Grade Pay ₹ 4240/-Educational Qualification:
SI (Executive / Armed) :- Graduate Degree in any discipline.
- Graduate Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
Physical Recruitment:
- Height = 5’-6” (min.); Chest = 32” (UN-expanded), 33½” (expanded)
- 1600 Long Race meters in 6½ minutes
- 20 Push ups (one cycle of up and down to be counted as one)
- Height = 5’-2” (min.)
- 1000 meters in 6½ minutes
- 4 ½ feet in three attempts
- The test shall be qualifying in nature and no marks are allotted for these tests.
Selection Process:
- Physical Endurance Test (PET)
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Written Examination (Objective Type) and Viva-Voice/ Personality Assessment test.
Application Fee:
A candidate shall deposit online fee of ₹ 300/- or use the services of Common Service Centers In case of non availability of online payment facility the candidate may use the option of depositing the application fee through Bank Challan.How to Apply:
